Dont want icicles dangling from your paddle? Ear muffs won't fit over your helmet? Try the next best alternative!!! Join your boatn buddies at a film and chili fest. The tentative date is Saturday, February 9, 2008 2 PM to 7 PM. The location is Barbara Browns riverside home. The films are from the archives of the National Paddling Film Fest and span the entertainment gamut. There are wild rodeo moves, high adventure in remote locations, new looks at local paddling in West Virginia, scenic canoeing, sea kayaking pointers from the Tsunami Rangers, safety issues, and politically incorrect spoofs on boating traditions. Proceeds will benefit the WV Rivers Coalition. Details to follow.
